2005 GRADUATE COMMENTS
The culture is key to making the experience outstanding, and Kellogg's is incredible. Furthermore, my partnership with the school is one for a lifetime. I can come back for the rest of my life and take free electives. In addition, I plan on visiting other countries through its Global Initiatives in Management program. I truly feel as if I've extended my family with this premier program.--Marketing
I think Kellogg has a unique advantage over other schools. It was clear to me from my visits to the other programs. The best candidates pick Kellogg and come to work in teams. Everyone shares his or her knowledge and thoughts freely, and there is a real sense of devotion to the study group with which you grow during the progam and to the entire class. Kellogg's teamwork ethic carries on outside of class after the progam and allows active learning to continue as team members in the exciting new positions we fill once we are done.--Other
The EMBA program is delivered predominantly by department heads. The executives are viewed as a more experienced and challenging group that perhaps less senior professors could not handle. We are respected by our professors as peers, not treated as students.--Strategy
All of our professors enjoy teaching and are good at it. Student/faculty interaction is encouraged and a big part of the learning process. This is one of the aspects that makes Kellogg unique. However, in some classes, I would have appreciated more comments and feedback on large projects turned in either as an individual or as a group.--Other
[Suggestions?] More interaction in the classroom with other students through student presentations.--Strategy
[Corporate sponsorship?] Completing this program has been a tremendous value to me in terms of personal and professional relationships. In addition, my company has already begun to reap the benefits of my studies through various initiatives that I have executed based on ideas discussed in classes at Kellogg. I feel recognized by my company for completing my degree while contininuing to be a top performer.--Operations
There ought to be greater emphasis on entrepreneurship and how a business should be started from nothing.--Other
