Technology changes made over the past three years:
School-wide wireless networks were upgraded to high speed, 802.11 g. Instruction streamed via the Internet for TA sessions, faculty tutorials, and conferences. The School's own content management system, Catalyst, gained student teams sections, customized "portal" pages for each user, and automatic email notification of changes to course syllabi. A storage area network was installed in 2001 supplying large storage allocations to all students, faculty and servers.
