Technology changes made over the past three years:
IMD's two new server rooms are equipped with battery-based power supplies, further supported by diesel generators. This has helped secure a fail safe network. A 10mb Internet connection allows for faster access and is available via fixed and wireless connections. The network security has been enhanced and the file system is SAN and NAS based.
The CRM system, Siebel, has been upgraded to the latest version and all auditoriums have been refurbished with the latest equipment with AMX control.
