Technology changes made over the past three years:
The W. P. Carey School has introduced a wireless technology infrastructure that enables students to access the school network from anywhere at the business complex for functions such as e-mail via the Internet. Another form of remote connectivity called Citrix Thin Client, allows students wireless access and home access to more complex server-based business software applications enhancing educational and computing capabilities.
Approximately 170 new personal computers (PCs) have been added to all the classrooms and labs. More than 150 new laptop computers were purchased for the undergraduate and MBA programs for classroom instruction. Additionally more than 200 faculty and staff received a new personal computers.
New technology and educational staff members joined the business school to develop online MBA curriculum materials.

During the past 12 months, 8% of alumni gave to the school's fundraising efforts. They gave a median gift of U.S. $75, and a mean gift of U.S. $187. The school has not received a gift in excess of U.S. $10 million between Jan. 2001 and Oct. 2003, and the B-school endowment is U.S. $43,736,000
