The Rutgers EMBA is an outstanding program with world-class faculty. The program competes against the Stern School, Wharton, and Columbia. Some faculty was shared with those schools and many classmates compared all three schools before selecting Rutgers.--Marketing
The Rutgers EMBA provided the participant diversity and the level of executive management experience in different areas that I was seeking. The program offered a variety of instructors from academia and business.--Human Resources
The cost compared to the quality of faculty and curriculum definitely makes the Rutgers Executive MBA program a "Best Buy."--Legal
The entire program was complete and the professors were excellent. They brought both academic and practical experience into the classroom in a very effective manner. In addition the Director of the EMBA program was excellent in every way.--Operations
[Faculty strengths/weaknesses?] The professors’ strengths were their field expertise, the ability to work with professionals, and the ability to be flexible and challenging enough to stimulate our minds, encourage questions, and promote dialogue. Weaknesses were few, but when situations were encountered they were quickly turned around by their openness to suggestions and communication.--Application Development
[Faculty strengths/weaknesses?] Many of the instructors were available during and after office hours to ensure that we understood the concepts being taught. Some of the instructors had the business/practical experience that I believe is important in the EMBA program.--Human Resources
[Faculty strengths/weaknesses?] Strengths: the instructors were extremely knowledgeable, flexible to different directions the class was interested to proceed, and taught current models. Weaknesses: primarily in the electives, some material was repeated from course to course. --Operations
[Improvements?] While the wireless access and the audio-visual equipment in the main classroom was up-to-date, the actual classroom is aging. The seating needs to be updated. This is a minor inconvenience overall.--Research Management
