-Doubled student email capacity by upgrading server to Exchange 2000.
-Initiated Customer Relationship Management/Enterprise Resource Management Planning, including creating an online directory used as a roster for faculty and a networking tool for students. Also includes phase one of "My Marshall," a customized web page for students promoting communication within the Marshall community.
-Wireless capabilities added to all areas in and out of Popovich Hall, the graduate student building.
-Upgraded computer lab PCs and reconfigured lab with ergonomically correct furniture, also accessible to persons with disabilities.
-Upgraded projectors and document cameras in MBA classrooms.
-Installed 2 Bloomberg terminals for use by MBA students.
-Launched MBA laptop programs utilizing recommendations from a student task force to determine "standard" laptop for MBA students. Included ability to purchase laptops at reduced prices and technical experts to configure laptops and connect to the network.
-Enhanced life-long email forwarding service for graduates.
