Technology changes made over the past three years:
Introduced a database-driven corporate website giving access to WBS research, expertise and the teaching portfolio for potential clients and WBS associates. The school also introduced "my.wbs," a web-based teaching support tool that delivers personalized information and services for students in all programs. It includes messaging for administrative and pedagogic communication, learning resources, discussion boards both tutor-driven and for virtual study groups, chat rooms, assignment submission, contextualized results delivery, personal timetables, student feedback analysis for staff, and much more. This tool will be further developed to streamline WBS internal administration and to serve management and research needs. The school has continually upgraded technology infrastructure, and is currently focused on enhancing desktop services and facilitating mobile computing.
