The Darden Instructional Technology group has produced more than 50 multimedia cases, online modules, and simulations since 1999. All classroom seats are wired, and Darden's Internet access has been upgraded to one gigabit. Wireless access is provided in student areas. Darden provides world class support for the student notebook package including loaner machines to keep students productive. Digital video editing facilities are available to students. Digital still and video cameras are available for student check out. A 500-seat state-of-the-art multimedia auditorium, complete with broadcast capabilities, has just been completed (March 2002). Four additional technology-equipped classrooms are to be opened in January 2003.
