The school increased the availability of networked computer resources, including major enhancements to the school's courseware software. The reliability of networked computer resources, including a rigorous upgrade and expansion of all school servers, was increased. The school's public Web site (http://management.bu.edu) was redesigned. The responsiveness and quality of service to users was improved.
