Description: The Thunderbird curriculum is unique in that virtually every course taught has a global focus. Through its own Thunderbird International Case Series and the use of other case series, Thunderbird relies heavily on the analysis and discussion of global cases in its courses. Team projects are the norm in almost 100% of the courses. Experiential learning and simulations also play a prominent role in many courses, especially finance, marketing and management. Aspects of distance learning are used in 90% of the courses. The school's sophisticated intranet (MyThunderbird) is used for all course management, discussion and chat rooms, and interactions among students and professors.
