Description: The school employs several individual projects that exist within a single discipline or cut across several disciplines: Type 1 -- data analysis project for Quantitative course; company market analysis project for Marketing course; personal Web site design for eBusiness course; and written case on one's own company for an Organizational Behavior course. Type 2 -- write a "publishable" paper in your field and submit to trade journal and write a business plan for starting a new eBusiness.

Description: The first week of the two-year program is an off-site residential where guests (e.g., spouses, partners, or signficant others) are encouraged to attend an actual half-day session with students. In addition, another half-day session (also during this opening residential) is designed specifically for guests. Topics for discussion include: intense nature of an executive MBA on both student and family; actual case analysis with faculty member to simulate graduate classroom experience; and networking with fellow guests. The school also extends the following opportunities to guests: ability to attend class sessions should a particular topic prove to be of interest; invitation to accompany students on the second-year international trip; and invitation to two evening events a year.
