The school was well organized, content was timely and useful for my work, program was structured in a way that allowed balance with work. --Sales
(Suggestions?) More sleep. Seriously, I don't think the school could have done much more in support of the day-to-day experience - we had an excellent facility, good food and great administrative support. --Business Development
It is hard to build an EMBA (program) to satisfy everyone's needs. The time constraints of work and school are real, and unlike full-time program where one is able to specialize in an area, the EMBA offers no such opportunity. Overall the program is an excellent general management tool. --Marketing
The EMBA professor needs to be one who relies less on lectures and more on class interaction and student self-discovery. Many professors were up to the challenge, a few weren't. The most profound change the program could make would be to replace those professors who can't exploit the adult learning style the EMBA requires. --Operations
From a curriculum stand point, the program is very strong --- there needs to be even great integration between the traditional content silos --- Rotman is working effectively to more fully integrate the curriculum. --Operations
Teaching staff was excellent, students were extremely bright, experienced and helpful rather than cometetive, excellent facilities. --Marketing
Overall, my experience was highly positive...but I stress that the need to warn, prepare and even frighten students cannot be underplayed since the EMBA experience requires 24 months of high commitment. --Marketing
