The B-school has awarded 982 executive MBA degrees, and 4,050 MBA degrees since its founding. It has 4,018 living MBA alumni, and 5 MBA clubs, where B-school alums can participate in school activities and alumni events.
206 EMBAs will graduate in 2001, compared to 109 EMBAs that graduated in 1996.

Significant changes since 1999:
- The Global Business Session at the start of Year 2 is a 10-day residential period at Queen's for immersion in global business issues.
The school has added The Global Business Project, which is a team-planned and executed trip anywhere in the world to investigate and make recommendations to an organization regarding an international business opportunity. New alumni initiatives have also been made, which give graduates the opportunity to stay current with the latest business tools and thinking, as well as maintain and expand their network.
