GRADUATE COMMENTS

Untitled The ASU EMBA program was an absolute perfect balance between workload, educational quality, ASU staff support for student needs (IT, clerical, etc.), and development of sense of community. Like any program that is worthwhile, there are trade-offs and it was true in this situation - the trade-offs tended to be however, on the balance between home, work, and school demands. --Marketing

A higher level of marketing classes, advanced e-commerce classes, and more entrpreneurial classes would have made this degree outstanding. --Operations

ASU has high quality professors and is implementing the latest technologies and processes to be ahead of the competition. Outside of name recognition, ASU provided the same level of education that any of the top business schools provide. --Operations

The EMBA relies more heavily on the selection of sponsor companies for admittance than day or evening students. While 90% of the class was at approximately the same level of experience and ability, there were a few students who held the class back somewhat. Suggestion is that tougher admittance standards are enforced for the EMBA level. --Marketing

As a retired physician and executive, I wanted to receive a business and finance education that was not only broad in content, but significant for daily business and finance. I received that and more not only through the professors but my classmates as well. --Finance

Faculty members were excellent. They taught theoretically but easily applied it to today's business environment. The weakness came only from faculty that did not have any experience teaching an executive class. They had a very hard time modeling the class such that all levels of talent were challenged. --Operations
