The Haas School supports 2000 network connections within the building and 500 laptop ports in library carrels, classroom desks, etc. The School is currently working on implementing a pilot wireless network and has also recently launched a more interactive school web site. A new web-based learning management system, called Izio InfoPier, has recently been installed. The Haas School also went live with proprietary database software, which will facilitate submitting MBA applications online. Plans to install a technical compute farm research server for Haas faculty, Ph.D. students, visiting scholars, and financial engineering students are also in place.
