The school replaced personal computers in all four of its computer labs, and SBPM buildings were rewired with fiber optic network. The school's Web server hardware and software were replaced, its Web site revamped. GWU added Web-based courseware so that faculty can post course-related information, and conduct courses online. The school also has a real-time NASDAQ trading laboratory including automated market ticker and newsfeed.
