The school installed multi-media equipment in 17 classrooms, six amphitheaters, and renovated its auditorium. Columbia has added 30 additional computer kiosks for students as well as 29 wired "break out" rooms for group study. Network wiring was upgraded to Category-5 and a 92-port modem pool was dedicated to the school. Online versions of the major student administrative applications were launched, as well as a "virtual" Financial Markets Laboratory.
