Grading system
|
|
In each course where a student registers for graduate credit, he or she will receive one of the following grades at the end of the semester: A, A-, B+, B, B-, C, F, W (Withdrawal) or I (Incomplete). The high passing grade of A is awarded for distinguished course work. The passing grade of B is awarded for work that is clearly satisfactory at the graduate level. The passing grade of C is awarded for work that is minimally acceptable at the graduate level. The failing grade of F is given for work that is unsatisfactory. In order to graduate a student must maintain an overall average of B- or higher in course work.
