Ryan Jacoby is based in IDEO's New York office, where he focuses on innovation strategy and designing for growth. He's worked with financial services clients for the past five years. IDEO helped develop Bank of America's "Keep the Change" program, PNC's Virtual Wallet, and GE Money's branch experience.
