Jay Galbraith

Jay Galbraith, PhD, is founder and president of Galbraith Management Consultants. He is also a former faculty member of the MIT Sloan School of Management, the Wharton School, and the International Institute for Management Development, and author of the book Designing Matrix Organizations That Actually Work (Jossey-Bass, 2008).
