Dean Foust

Dean Foust is the Atlanta bureau chief for BusinessWeek, a position he has held since 1998. He oversees the magazine's coverage of the Southeast. Previously, he covered the Federal Reserve from the magazine's Washington bureau and continues to contribute regularly to BusinessWeek's coverage of economics and finance. Foust is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received the 1998 Gerald Loeb Award with colleague Michael Mandel.
