Aili McConnon is a staff editor at BusinessWeek, where she writes about technology, innovation, philanthropy, management, health, and the Web. She has previously written for The Guardian, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times, and is the co-editor of the anthology Blooming Through the Ashes. McConnon is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Cambridge, where she was a Commonwealth Scholar. She also received a master's degree in journalism from Columbia University. In 2007 she won two Webby Awards.
