Roger Johnson
A third-generation family farmer, Roger Johnson was elected North Dakota Agriculture Commissioner in 1996 and has been re-elected three times. He is currently the president of the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture, representing the secretaries, commissioners, and directors of agriculture from the 50 states and three U.S. territories. Johnson has testified before congressional committees and other policymaking bodies, including the International Trade Commission.
