Miriam Elder

Miriam Elder is a freelance journalist based in Moscow. She contributes regularly to The Sunday Telegraph and The Financial Times, and has been published in The Daily Telegraph, The Independent, The Times, and The International Herald Tribune. She was chief energy correspondent for The Moscow Times until September 2008. Previously, she worked for Agence France-Presse in Moscow and Paris. She is a graduate of Barnard College and The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
