Marco Cercone

A litigation associate at Rupp, Baase, Pfalzgraf, Cunningham & Coppola, LLC, in Buffalo, N.Y., Marco Cercone handles a variety of cases, including first-party coverage and commercial litigation. He has a B.A., summa cum laude, from Duquesne University, where he received the Eugene P. Beard Award for Leadership in Ethics, an MPA from George Washington University; and a JD from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He has worked as a management analyst for the U.S. Justice Dept. Civil Division and belongs to the Erie County Bar Assn., the New York State Bar Assn., and the National Italian American Bar Assn.
