Judith Crown

Judith Crown is a senior correspondent for BusinessWeek and BW Chicago, based in Chicago. She is a former managing editor and reporter for Crain's Chicago Business and also worked as a business reporter for the Houston Chronicle. Her work has appeared in Chicago magazine, the Chicago Tribune and other publications. Winner of several awards for Chicago journalism, Crown also lectured at Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism. She coauthored a 1996 book, No-Hands: The Rise and Fall of the Schwinn Bicycle Co. A native of New York City, she has degrees from Hamilton College in New York and the University of Michigan.
