I don't understand. Is this supposed to be a kinda funny "retro" style video that was produced this year or is it a real video from (judging by the car) the 1980's?
I don't recall there being any significant commercialization or even production of solar panels/arrays during the 80's. And if this truly is a very old video clip then that is depressing that this technology has been out there that long and still nowhere near being put into the mainstream.
