Susan Berfield is a writer for Bloomberg Businessweek in New York. She’s written about everyone from the Orlando couple struggling to build the biggest house in the country to the Beverly Hills couple who own the biggest water bank. Her award-winning pieces include: I Can Get Your Kid Into an Ivy; A CEO and His Son; and Do I Look Like a CEO? Before joining the magazine, she was a senior writer at Asiaweek in Hong Kong, where her story, Ten Days That Shook Indonesia, won the Society of Asian Publishers’ Reporting Award and the Hong Kong Human Rights Press Award.
