Rich Apostolik is president and chief executive officer of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). Chris Donohue is the head of Research and Educational Programs for GARP. Bill May is the FRM program manager with the organization. GARP is a not-for-profit global membership organization dedicated to preparing professionals and organizations to make better-informed risk decisions. The group has 150,000 risk-management practitioners and researchers from 195 countries. The members come from banks, investment management firms, government agencies, academic institutions, and corporations. GARP administers the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and Energy Risk Professional (ERP) exams.
