Hassell addresses Duke's MBA graduates

Gerald Hassell, chief executive officer of the Bank of New York Mellon (BK), delivered the commencement address to graduates of Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business on May 11. Unlike many MBAs, Hassell has spent his entire career with the same company, Fuqua Dean William Boulding noted in his introductory remarks. Hassell graduated from Duke University in 1973 and has an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Here’s what he had to say to grads (speech starts around 1:06:50):
