South Korea's Undisturbed Investors

Talk of war and missile tests from North Korea led South Korea’s benchmark stock index to its biggest weekly decline, 3.9 percent, since May. In past dust-ups with the North, however, the declines have proved short-lived. Investors in South Korea, at least, have learned to take Pyongyang’s bellicosity in stride.
