What's at Risk in the War on Terror in Mali

Mali has an export no one wants: terrorism. The recent attack on an Algerian gas complex was carried out by jihadists believed to have been trained in northern Mali. The two countries are among several in the region that have had run-ins with Islamic militants, prompting worries about security for foreign companies and workers.
