CLEVELAND
Aircraft parts supplier TransDigm Group said Friday that it has closed its $74 million acquisition of Semco Instruments Inc.
TransDigm announced its cash purchase of the engine maker on Aug. 6. Semco supplies parts for engines made by Honeywell, General Electric and Pratt & Whitney. The company posted $38 million of revenue in 2009.
Shares of TransDigm rose 8 cents to close at $61.33.
