The direct marketing and advertising firm Harte-Hanks Inc. said Wednesday it has acquired Information Arts Ltd., a U.K.-based company that provides data for tracking the impact of marketing campaigns.
Financial details of the deal were not released.
Harte-Hanks said it has been working with Information Arts since 2007, offering clients integrated packages of marketing services. The privately held company was founded in 2000.
Harte-Hanks shares rose 31 cents, or 3 percent, to $10.54 in midday trading Wednesday.
