PHOENIX
Honeywell International Inc. said Wednesday it signed a 10-year service deal on All Nippon Airways' Boeing 787 aircraft.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Honeywell said it will provide spare parts and repair services for Honeywell equipment on the planes. Honeywell makes flight-control electronics, navigation radios and other gear for the new Boeing aircraft.
All Nippon is scheduled to be the first airline to get the new plane, which Boeing touts as being lighter and more fuel-efficient than competing models. All Nippon expects to get its first 787 in December or January and receive 50 by 2016.
