A school that turns out software developers says women are getting more job offers and higher pay than graduates who are men.
Neumont University of South Jordan works closely with major tech companies that hire almost all of its graduates of a 28-month computer-science degree program.
Neumont says women computer science majors are topping men when it comes to landing jobs at higher pay.
According to the school's figures, 95 percent of the women are getting jobs within six months of graduating from Neumont.
That is four points higher than for men, and women are starting at salaries of nearly $62,000 - $2,000 higher than for men.
School officials say they're being told by employers that women have better people management skills.
