SANTA ANA, Calif.
Computer products distributor Ingram Micro Inc. said Tuesday that it has bought Asiasoft Hong Kong Ltd. to expand its international sales of business software.
Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed. Ingram Micro said it completed the acquisition last week, adding Asiasoft's 33 employees to its payroll.
Asiasoft generated revenue of about $13 million last year, according to Ingram Micro. It distributes products for several major business software makers, including Adobe Systems Inc. and Symantec Corp.
Ingram Micro shares fell 20 cents to close at $14.92.
