NEW ORLEANS
Gov. Bobby Jindal says he will push for greater urgency in oil spill response efforts when he meets with Vice President Joe Biden.
The governor has frequently criticized the federal government's role in cleaning up oil from BP's well in the Gulf of Mexico.
Biden was to meet with spill officials in New Orleans on Tuesday morning, then fly to Pensacola, Fla.
Jindal on Tuesday repeated his contention that federal officials "either need to lead or get out of the way."
