RadNet Inc., which operates medical diagnostic imaging centers, said Tuesday it bought three medical imaging centers for just under $2.3 million from Sonix Medical Resources Inc. in a bankruptcy proceeding.
The company said it bought centers in New York City, Chatham, N.J., and Haddon Heights, N.J. The facilities, which provide MRI's, ultrasound, and several other imaging services, produce about $7 million in combined annual revenue.
Shares of RadNet fell 21 cents, or 5.2 percent, to close at $3.83. The stock has traded between $1.21 and $4.20 over the last 52 weeks.
