NEW YORK
China Education Alliance Inc. anticipates that its fiscal 2010 revenue will rise approximately 30 percent on increased demand for its programs and services, the educational resources company said Friday.
The Chinese company predicts revenue will climb to $48 million for the period ending Dec. 31.
"We remain confident about the health of our business model because the demand for our high-quality educational services and our vocational training programs in China continues to see very strong growth," Chairman and CEO Xiqun Yu said in a statement.
China Education will announce first-quarter results on May 19, according to Thomson Reuters. A date has not yet been set for its full-year results.
Company shares rose 13 cents, or 2.3 percent, to $5.77 in morning trading.
