Soft drink bottler Coca-Cola Enterprises said Monday that Phoebe A. Wood will join its board on April 22.
Wood, 56, is a principal of consulting firm CompaniesWoods, which specializes in early stage investments. Previously she was chief financial officer of Brown-Forman Corp. She has also worked at Motorola Corp. and Atlantic Richfield Co.
She will be up for re-election at the April 23 annual meeting.
Coca-Cola Enterprises, based in Atlanta, is the biggest bottler for Coca-Cola Co. Its shares added 28 cents to $26.15 in afternoon trading.
