Shares of some top managed care companies are mixed at noon:

Aetna fell $.24 or .8 percent, to $29.56.

CIGNA fell $.33 or 1.1 percent, to $30.62.

Coventry Healthcare rose $.18 or .8 percent, to $22.82.

Humana fell $.39 or .9 percent, to $41.42.

UnitedHealth fell $.03 or .1 percent, to $28.94.

WellPoint rose $.67 or 1.3 percent, to $53.03.
