NEW YORK
Shares of some top construction companies are mixed at noon:
Fluor rose $.47 or 1.1 percent, to $44.85.
FosterWhl rose $.49 or 1.5 percent, to $33.03.
Quanta Services rose $.16 or .8 percent, to $21.16.
Shaw Group fell $.05 or .2 percent, to $28.50.
