Shares of some top managed care companies are mixed at 10 a.m.:

Aetna fell $.23 or .8 percent, to $29.57.

CIGNA rose $.10 or .3 percent, to $31.05.

Coventry Healthcare rose $.08 or .4 percent, to $22.72.

Humana fell $.20 or .5 percent, to $41.61.

UnitedHealth rose $.09 or .3 percent, to $29.06.

WellPoint rose $.66 or 1.3 percent, to $53.02.
