NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

American Municipal Income Portfolio Inc. : Approximately 2,800 shares changed hands, a 88.3 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.02 or .1 percent to $13.93.

BlackRock Enhanced Government Income Fund Inc. : Approximately 3,500 shares changed hands, a 90.0 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.01 or .1 percent to $14.05.

Empire St OP LP ES : Approximately 100 shares changed hands, a 95.4 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.34 or 2.5 percent to $13.73.

Forest City Enterprises Inc. class B : Approximately shares changed hands, a 90.2 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares remained unchanged at $18.28.
