Inteliquent CFO David Zwick resigns
CHICAGO (AP) — Inteliquent Inc. said Friday that David Zwick, its chief financial officer and executive vice president, is stepping down.
The voice services provider said that Zwick told the board that he is leaving to pursue other personal and career opportunities, effective immediately. Zwick joined the company in 2011 and has served as its CFO since 2012.
Inteliquent has named Eric Carlson, its controller, as interim principal financial officer and interim principal accounting officer. He has worked for the company since 2004.
The company's board is conducting a search to find a permanent successor for Zwick.
Shares of Chicago-based telecommunications company added 5 cents to close at $7.92 Friday.
