NH governor to sign R&D tax credit bill
CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — New Hampshire Gov. Maggie Hassan is signing legislation aimed at helping small businesses expand and improve their products.
Hassan will sign a bill Thursday making the five-year-old research and development tax credit permanent and doubling the credits available to $2 million.
Raising the cap on the credit is a key component of Hassan's "Innovate NH" jobs plan, and the bill passed both the House and Senate by wide margins.
