NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top oil companies are mixed at 1 p.m.:

BP PLC rose $.05 or .1 percent, to $40.76.

Chevron rose $.32 or .3 percent, to $118.79.

ConocoPhillips unchanged at $58.00.

Exxon Mobil Corp. fell $.64 or .7 percent, to $88.92.

Marathon Oil Corp. rose $.48 or 1.5 percent, to $33.23.
