Capital One Financial Corp. rose $.11 or .2 percent, to $54.42.

Discover Financial Services rose $.28 or .7 percent, to $41.57.

Mastercard fell $.91 or .2 percent, to $526.67.

Visa Inc. fell $.55 or .3 percent, to $160.51.
