NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top airlines companies were up at the close of trading:

Delta Air rose $.83 or 5.6 percent, to $15.65.

JetBlue Airways Corp. rose $.19 or 3.1 percent, to $6.34.

Southwest Airlines Co. rose $.22 or 1.9 percent, to $12.04.

US Airways Group rose $.29 or 2.1 percent, to $13.90.

United Continental Holdings Inc. rose $1.44 or 5.3 percent, to $28.82.
